Are there any law abiding cyclists out there that actually use lights?
Perhaps it was easier when I did a paper round as I had dynamo lights and did not have to buy batteries. Perhaps paper shops should check on their paperboy/girls that they have lights before doing deliveries? But its not just the kids - have they all got
a death wish?
