What’s coming up, into bloom, not behaving, visiting, living in, passing through? Post a photo or two, and share your garden year with others 😁

Hellebores, lovely bright crocus, and snowdrops.

OH has taken his usual Salvia cuttings too HostaH, really worth it, they seem to do well.

Hi Brue, what Salvia plants do you have. I only found them last year through the lockdown what fantastic plants they are. All mine still in flower πŸ’

I watched Carole Klein on ch5 this week, she included Salvias in the programme. Interestingly we stayed at a CL called Uplands in Devon this year and it was just up the road from Glebe Cottage.

On a daily walk on Friday we spotted a small clump of snowdrops in flower and a daffodil in full bloom smile, the birds seem to be more vocal too, maybe spring is on it's way.

Nothing in bloom here yet, not even hellebores, but things are growing. I am enjoying tidying our garden, and discovering what is coming back again. Far too mild for a true Yorkshire Winter though, it’s been 15-10 degrees these last three days, so some stuff is budding up way too early. I think it’s in for a shock this coming week, forecast I’d for much colder.

Agree about the birds, lots of twittering hereπŸ‘πŸ˜

More tulips, crocus and alliums planted today (a bit late, but the6 will come up). And a huge Amaryllis bulb potted up and now inside. Nice gift from a neighbour friend. Never grown one before.
