Best reads - Club Together Book Club?

Just had a look on Kindle and they have it ....at £21!😮 I wait a while,as I will for th e other 3 that I haven't yet got. I did notice that there is a collection of her first 3 of the Anderson and Costello series are 99p in total, a real bargain.

Quite a good read but not £21 worth of a good read. Looks like it might develop into a series.

Picked up the Michael Connelly book from the library this morning.

I picked up a copy of Kate Atkinson's Time after Time, which had rave reviews when it came out, and if it is as good as her previous novels it should make a good read.

That's the problem with Michael Connelly books. They are "compulsive page turners" and you get to a point where you are conflicted. Wanting to make the enjoyment last as long as possible but unable to do so.😅

👍. Thanks, M, I hadn't spotted that, so have just now downloaded it. I don't when I will get round to reading it though as I've a stack now to read, and I am not the fastest reader either.

Anyone got their hands on that book, SPARE? It’s causing a bit of a stir! 😉

I wouldn't  buy it if it was free. If I want to listen to a family arguing there are a few in the village I could pick from but "linen, dirty, in public, Wash, don't and your (rearrange)" spring to mind.
