If you want to email me the picture to valdaathome@gmail.com then I can resize it and post it on here. It's easier than explaining how to do it, and took me ages to find a way to make photos anything other than a thumbprint size.

On a CL at the moment. Heard a rustling sound coming from the awning at 1 o'clock this morning. Went to investigate. We had a visit from Mrs.Tiggywinkle herself. Got some gloves from the car (no one else on site) and helped her back on her way, pointing towards Slugland.

Went for a walk in the grounds of Croft Castle (Herefordshire) today. Lots of Redstarts and lovely to mention, lots of Mistle Thrushes in this area. We also have a Blackbird on site that only sings 3 notes, over and over and over again. There are other Blackbirds who have the full repetoire but this one is like no other I've ever heard. Strange.

Spotted a couple of owls flying by the site the other night, and could hear them calling. Not sure of type, but the calls didn't sound like that of Tawny Owls. Roe deer in the woods above the CL and spotted our first Red Squirrel of this trip yesterday a Glamis Castle. Today caught a glimpse of an Osprey flying over to the Loch of Lows, where there's an observation point.

Listened to Yellowhammers near Corfe Castle in Dorset today, the "little bit of bread and no cheese" call was really clear. Also Stonechats on view, left my camera behind and knew my phone wouldn't take a good photo. Isn't that always the way!

I like that area of Scotland Nellie, gentle countryside, often off the tourist track. smile

Tricky

If you type free photo editor into google and select Tech Radar best available free software, you will be able to download the software that will allow you to resize your pics.

As always copy or duplicate your image first so that you resize the copy and you still have the original at full size.

Depending on your camera, you may have photoshop elements supplied with your camera.
