The Real World Cup is already into its second week and some enthralling, thrilling rugby has been displayed.

A couple of upsets already, namely Fiji's loss, but none more so than the host nation's win against Ireland! What a win, what a game, what a performance! Fantastic rugby

Excitement's building already (well at least 50% of the house anyway!).

Eddie Jones was tasked with getting England at least to the semi finals and this they did, albeit against moderate opposition. But the way they outplayed the All Blacks last week must make them favourites to win the big prize now! I think it will be a close run thing but England to win by 5 to 10 points! smile

Today was a story of men reaching pinnicles of careers, extremely successful yet humble. What a superb game, what an ending with the children enjoying the moment as well. Can't wait for the next instalment.

If my current nervousness is anything to go by, I’ll be a quivering wreck in the morning!

Decisions, decisions......where to watch the game tomorrow? The last time England won the Webb Ellis, I cooked a full English for all the family, followed by celebrations and many libations in the lounge. Other times, pubs, clubs, hotels and rugby establishments have all been my choice of viewing venue, but without the desired results!

Needless to say comrades......the fridge is full of breakfast and beer! Expect a victory by 20 points 👍

It's been a bit of a worrying first half hasn't it? The boys looked unusually nervous during the anthems,  the loss of Synkler so early didn't help and they've  made so many uncharacteristic errors. No team has won after trailing at half time - no team has beaten Australia, NZ and SA at the same world cup! surprised

Time for  Eddie to earn the big bucks! Time for history to be rewritten! Big 40 minutes coming up now!

Congratulations to South Africa - they were as brilliant this week as England were last week. Superb defensively and, to be honest, they deserved to win for those two tries alone!

It's been an excellent tournament - rugby is the winner - and please, please, resist the temptation to sell the TV rights to Sky now - the game can only benefit from the sort of exposure it's had over the past month.

No excuses....the better team won. Well done to South Africa.

I think this has been a wonderful tournament and Japan deserves much credit for staging such a spectacle, especially considering the adversities they've had to overcome.

The game of rugby is the real winner 😀

South Africa were lucky 😗

I don’t think luck had much to do with it. SA outplayed us and were the better team on the day.

Well done England on reaching the final and congrats to SA on winning.
