How's your footy team doing?

I'm starting this thread again because it seems to have been a casualty of the change over to the new site. The Terriers scecured another away win last night at Burton. Two wins in a row now after a barren spell. It'll all go pear shaped on Friday when we go to Norwich because the game is to be televised , we haven't won on the telly for ages.

Any Arsenal fans on CT?
What a fantastic start to the season, and  good to see Gabby Jesus playing so well πŸ™‚

And, as the song goes, “And nobodies  better than Mikel Arteta, he’s the best looking Spaniard we know. “
Certainly is. πŸ™‚

Big game in Manchester tomorrow, getting nervous already, any other CT people going to the game? ⚽️⚽️⚽️

Very good game today at Etihad , certainly wasn’t boring,

And another hat trick from HaalandπŸ™‚

Would really have liked to have seen the wonderful  Cristiano play again, but it seems he didn’t feature “out of respect for his big career” whatever that means. πŸ€”

Maybe later in the season at The Swamp, hope so.

City, tearing cockneys apart, again….πŸ™‚πŸ™‚πŸ™‚βš½οΈβš½οΈβš½οΈ

Spent hours today just laughing at the stupidity of folk in the sports world.  hohoho, chortle gigglelaughinglaughing

Well I, Brian / A B M  went onto BBC red button for the sports news today and found out why t'Alex were without their prize striker at Carlisle on Saturday  laughinglaughinglaughinglaughing.

The young man had been sitting on the settee at home playing with his x--box when he slipped and pulled a muscle or something in his thigh and had to declare himself un fit to play.

Giggle giggle teehee chortle !!

Just back from the CL match, City v Copenhagen.
Another fantastic sound and light show, pre kick off, and another couple of goals from Haaland.
I’ve been watching football since I was a young kid, and I’ve never seen the likes of him, anywhere.
Beginning with think he’s from a parallel universe, certainly isn’t one of us.
