Today i,ve been out and bought myself some football shorts and socks and i,m getting trainers and a shirt tomorrow.My locol sports centre is starting "Walking football " sessions for the over fifties so i,m going to give it a try.I played competative football
from the age of fifteen up to being thirty five and then packed in while i could still walk properly
but that was nearly thirty years ago so this could be an experience.
is there anyone out there who,s plays or has tried it
