For those who don't keep up with footballing, I understand that the competition winners will be Chelsea United, because they scored the most goals.

Apparantly this is an international team, with few British members. But they are still allowed in the competition, because there aren't enough British players to make up a team.

The manager (who apparantly isn't a footballist himself) will, unusually, be allowed to keep his job. It is traditional for the manager to be sacked if the players don't kick the ball in the right direction each week.

For viewers of this game, they will unfortunately now be required to all buy new shirts to match the players, as the colour will be changed slightly. It is a requirement to wear the current pattern shirt when attending games.......and indeed when on holiday or going into town. The shirts will, of course, cost a lot more this year. No reason given for this.
