England, could be World Cup winners?

I must admit I was very impressed with the Ladies England Rugby team's performance last night against France in the semi final. A hard fought game full of skill, stamina and determination the level of which surprised me greatly. They really were a credit to our nation and I wish them the best against New Zealand in Saturday's grand final.

Yes the ladies are playing consistently well and could win the World Cup.  Well done Ladies.

Unlike the men's lucky fluke in 1966 .

1966? Wrong shaped ball I think, K! wink

Mind you, being a proud Scotsman you wouldn't have seen much World Cup success in either, so you can be forgiven ! sealed

Do you mean 2003 K? To my recollection that was the only time the men won it! Don't think that was a lucky fluke either!

Not quite good enough, but it certainly was some game. Well done both sides!!

It certainly was, I found myself watching a very high quality rugby game!
