BBC Loyalty

The BBCs loyalty and patriotism never fails to amuse me at times over certain sports events.

A German wins the Bahrain Formula 1 Grand Prix and it is mentioned on both the BBC TV and radio news.  A Britain wins a very controversial Moto GP in Argentina and there is no mention at all.

They did mention that Hamilton  came third.  F1 is big business in the U.K. as 90% of R&D, manufacturing is in the U.K.

Honda lose the contract for supplying all the engines to MotoGP2 next year and they will be supplied by Triumph so perhaps that will command more news coverage.

Although Marc Marquezs actions have been a bit controversial recently he rode a first class and professional race yesterday to win the race of the Americas in Texas which is considered one of the more difficult Moto GP circuits.
