Wheelie bins

As it's in general the quiet period for caravanners, I like most, look forward to getting back into the swing of things. We put our rubish out on a Tuesday night ready for collection the next day. I love taking the wheelie bin out to the front as it's the next best thing to moving the water barrel. Even if it is not rubbish collection time, I move it around the block just to keep my hand in. The neighbours keep giving me funny looks for some reason but I am happy as when the spring/summer comes round again, I will not be rusty. Do any other members do any thing similar?

Don't worry. The men in white coats will be along to help shortly.

Write your comments here...I hope that they are Stewards from the CC. That will make it more realistic!

This morning I have been out sorting someone else's bin that has blown over! How sad is that?

Been out and fetched mine from the top of the drive after our rubbish collection and I didn't need a site manager to show me where or how to park it and there wasn't a coloured pitch marker peg.

I like the bringing it back to the House, I open the gate & reverse it down the path & reverse park it-not using the allotted handleSurprised, I invariably use beep-beep noises(all my own work) to give it some realityCoolLaughingLaughing. If only I could have a RC unit to play with my life would be complete. Cool thread JDCool

I get plenty of practice as we have three wheely bins and its a matter of doing a lot of towing and reversing, as they are very rarely after being empted brought back to our house or the neighbours,Surprised
