This is non political - When away in Scotland on extended trip felt pain in Knee. Got progressively worse. Came home 18/9 and saw Dr day after. After examination decided on X ray. Done 22/9. Results   back and Drs 29/9. Nothing positive on X Ray and sent for Blood tests. Done 1/10. Drs again 7/10 showing inflamation. He then wrote for Specialist appointment. Letter received 15/10.Appointment for today 31/10 at Bangor 2.15pm.  Saw speciallist at 2.20 pm for 2 hrs. Full examination, Urine, Blood, X-Rays all seemless. Decided to draw out kneee fluid for analysis and some 100ml taken out. Cortisone Injection to knee and discharged at about 4.30 pm. Follow up appointment made for 3 mos and letter to Drs regading painkillers given to take to Surgery. According to the Press the Welsh NHS is in meltdown. My experiece is quite the contrary and I suspect no worse than NHS England..
