Weather warning

i woke this morning to bright sunshine. Made a cup of tea and looked out over a frost free garden. After tea, shower and shave I put Bella's lead on and set off for our morning constitution. 

I only got twenty yards when my left leg decided to do a Torville and Dean without informing the right leg. I now have a very swollen and extremely painful right knee, fortunately nothing worse.

Just be careful out there, things aren't always as they seem.
