Trouble in the shops tomorrow?

A plastic bag will cost 5 pence after today  .. unless the retailer employs less than 250 people, the bag is to be used for wholly or partly wraped fruit, to carry unwrapped flowers or seeds, uncooked poultry, fish or meat, to carry live fish , or to carry wholly or partly wrapped axes, knives or razor blades. I hope I'm not behind Mr Awkward tomorrow morning when I go for my newspaper, could be there all day.
