Members will be pleased to hear of the power of CT!

I was reading recently about other members experiences concerning the attitude of different retailers in respect of the Calor Lite recall.  ( See Urgent - Calor lite recall)

I had complained that I had been charged the full price because the two cylinders that I had exchanged were empty.  Other members advised strongly that I had been wrongly charged. So I went back to Calor who agreed and contacted my retailer who today refunded the full £47.50 that I had been charged. Almost the cost of CC membership for the year!
