A sign in our Lidl yesterday read

Celery Storks 59p

Is it pointless to wait to view them?

I've had a lovely morning at NT Stourhead, nearly picture perfect in the early Autumn weather. I just had my phone so the photos are not my best. The colours will soon be spectacular.

Lovely photos.  Are you staying at the cl?

No, I live within an easy drive but have mentioned the CL in the "what have you seen" thread. smile

Hope you don't catch all the rain that we've had in Wales, Kjell, or you'll have to abandon the site due to flooding. We liked St. Neots when we stopped there a while ago. We drove to the nearest Park & Ride to catch the bus into Cambridge.

No flooding, but quite a bit of rain overnight so the ground was rather wet, fortunately we had a decent hardstanding.

Good run up to York Beechwood this morning, where we now have sunny weather..

Site quite busy so the bronze rated wifi is struggling, but at least we managed to get connected.

Only one more site, in the south Lakes, before we are home in 7 days time.

Great photos brue and sorry I did post back on what have you seen thread should have looked here first. Glad you had a good trip to York Beechwood site K.

We shall be in Northumberland next week but not in caravan, but looking forward to seeing a different part of the UK.

Lovely photos brue.  We were only saying recently that we should go to NT Stourhead.  Looks like you had good weather as well.

Enjoy York KjNN.  We stayed at Beechwood Grange a few years ago as we couldn't get in at Rowntree Park.  We used the nearby Park and Ride to get into York which was very convenient.

Enjoy Northumberland RedKite.  It is a beautiful part of the country.
