It was nice earlier, but has now started raining.  frown

Hoping for a good day tomorow for our visit to Greenway.

Great day at Minsmere, highlight was definitely coffee and Scones followed by lots of Bearded tits flitting about.  BIL enjoyed being out in the sunshine checking out the wildlife.

Had the roof of the car down both ways which was a change for this summer.

David, please leave this thread alone as it's an escape route from more mundane posts on another threadlaughing

Perhaps if the other thread had the word "interesting" in the title.........

I thought that the thread was started out of spite. Just shows how wrong I can be.

Yes you are wrong again EasyT. Would you kindly refrain from personal attacks against me. Thankyou.

Just saying how it seemed Brue and admitting to my error. Nothing personal just an observation.

A really lovely sunny day here today but not as warm as it looked so I was glad I had taken my cardigan with me when I went out. I started back to my Friday Landscape History class at our local Adult Education College.  A very interesting course and nice to meet up with everyone again. Some people might find this information pointless but I really enjoyed my day.  Also with a bit of reorganisation of various commitments we have finally booked a few days away in the caravan for the middle of October.

Sounds like an interesting course to get involved in Millie.  Where are you off to in October, if you have already said then this is a pointless questionlaughing

Glad you've found a gap in your busy schedule for an autumn break, Millie, anywhere nice?

After OH cooked me a lovely meal earlier in the week, I returned the favour tonight, Steak, followed by strawberries,  just hope he doesn't expect it every night. !! laughing

Really nice to read about everyone's activities and days out, my day out will  be tomorrow , local farmers market.

Pointlessly cleaned up the house today. Totally pointless exercise with two hair shedding monsters following me around, but it looked better for a short while!

Got waylaid while doing a bit of sorting out in MH. Found myself sat down browsing through Club Handbook.....so that's the next few options for October and November sorted, pending my OH's next stay in hospital! Daren't book anything until very late, but sites tend to calm down a tad in cooler months. Warwick Racecourse possibly, Bolton Abbey definitely....laughing
