Yes, sadly. Still got commitments, but not as things were, so want to grab this opportunity. Been a bad year in truth, like riding an out of control roller coaster at times, but looking forward to a longer breaklaughing

Sorry to hear that it's been a roller coaster year - sadly you're not alone. Do what you can when you can for them and for you. Life certainly ain't always a bowl of cherries, bunch of roses etc.

Daily Telegraph - we shouldn't all be taking statins.

The Times - more of us should be taking statins.

Reading the papers - pointless.

some another language,

Ah, ttda, you're coming to Wales eh? Bring your brolly, but you probably know that already.

Haircuts aren't pointless otherwise you'd end up looking a real numpty at 60+ with a ponytail. Somehow can't see CY with a ponytailsurprised Same with shaving. If you didn't most of us on here who are of the male persuasion would have one of those little white wispy things that look like some candy floss has got stuck to your chin. Ugh.

OH grows a beard in winter, he shaves it off for the summer and everyone says he looks younger.  laughing

Son and pals all sporting beards at the moment, it's "in" .

We're planning for Sept too but it's not easy to commit too far ahead. Fingers crossed for you, probably said that before but  I know you have not had an easy year. Get those furry pals of yours on a good holiday! wink

Just as long as it isn't one of those nothing wispy white fluff things!

Does being younger mean he's your toy boy?

When I had my knee done I was on blood thinners for a fortnight so I decided not to risk cutting myself shaving. My eldest grandson, who sports a beard, came to see me and told me I looked like a vagrant.😱
