The Human Race - again

We were staying on a C&CC site recently which has improved considerably since new wardens took over.  The tubs of flowers were a joy to behold and one warden spent hours in the evenings tending the plants.  What a shame that a new arrival chose to deposit his half smoked cigarette in one of the tubs outside the office. How thoughtless some people are.  If you think it odd that I should comment on this here, it's because the smoker had a 30 Year CC sticker on his unit and I felt embarrassed to witness the act.
