Suitcase on carousel

We sometimes go on fly / hotel type holidays (yes, heresy I know!) and something that always makes me smile is when we go to the conveyor belt to wait for the suitcases.

Everyone stands around waiting and studying the cases as they come around......and there's always someone who drags several cases to the side and gives them a good looking at, before rejecting them.

Do some people not remember what the suitcase that they deposited a few hours earlier looked like? When their case turns out to be blue, why did they think that green one (of a completely different type) might have been theirs?

Trivial I know.....but it passes an otherwise tedious part of the journey
