Success!

Earlier this year the "farm" where we stored our caravan was sold and in effect we were "kicked off".  No rebate for the remaining annual rent was forthcoming so following numerous requests we (us and one other couple) eventually started down the route of the small claims court.

All the way through our requests, obstacles were put in our way, obviously hoping   that we would back out. Me, back out Never!  . A couple of days ago  we received notice that the owner was defending the claim. So, as we were confident of our position, we committed to attending court.

Lo and behold this morning, he admitted defeat and came around with our cheques.

What a nice start to the New Year!
