Yes, it is painfully obvious that we Brits are awful at keeping our environs clean and healthy but is this the best way to go?

Posted on 01/04/2018 12:03 by ABMWas there not a report recently of a lady being harried by an employee of one of these Private Anti - Litter companies. She had had the brass neck to tip a piece of grit out of one of her shoes and not put it into a litter bin !! Disgrrrrraceful !!

Courts should be using community service awards as well as fines, get the offenders out cleaning up, eg using a phone in car, big fine points and 100 hours litter clearing!
Make the drunk louts who go on the rampage in a lot of cities at weekends clear up their mess if they are arrested.
Long term unemployed. some of whom are better off on the dole, should work for their benefits
