That's cos they're 2 separate things ......
There's no connection between the radio & tv aerial. The older Status have what are suggested as two pull out radio aerials but there no connection inside the cover .... or certainly the case of my 2003 Lunar Delta

Posted on 23/09/2018 09:28 by JVB66If your radio was fitted as standard in the caravan it should already be connected via the roof top aerial and booster ,if not you can use a splitter and run a supply to your radio

Does your Lunar have a radio ariel on the side of the van over the front window? If it does then you need to extend it, like an old car radio ariel.
Some Status amplifiers have the ability to be used for DAB or FM, but not on my 2015 Lunar Delta.
You can check by checking if the amplifier has a spare output labelled DAB/FM.
