Nice to see that spending cuts are not affecting the police clean up rate

From the local paper

In 2014/15 the force made just seven arrests for every 100 burglaries reported, according to the Office for National Statistics (ONS).

It puts the region well below the national average of 14 arrests per 100 break-ins.

And West Midlands Police (WMP) failed to solve 90.5 per cent of burglaries in the year ending March 2014, the Home Office says

Perhaps they (WMP) dare not investigate in case someone called them racist?

Sadly a tendancy that is all too often evident these days.

Peter surely your not implying that our wonderful and  historic police force would use there valuable and limited resources to harass a motorist rather than catch a career criminal because it is easier. I'm sure they would love to catch the burglars but there's no money in that!

Most inefficient of all the public services. But thenthe police dont see themselves as "Guardians of the public" just do as little as possible and hide behind the desk.
