The radio in my car does not play Mp3 music but I have over the years downloaded quite a large collection of Mp3 format music. I want to get away from playing CDs in the car and have come across these gadgets

HERE, as you can see they also double up as a hands free option. Do any of you own something like this and if so are they any good. Thank's.
