For those of you who are retired:

There are only three days left to apply for what many might consider a dream job.

The University of Cambridge is looking for a Professor of Lego, and you'd better be quick if you want to apply, because the deadline is Friday.

The job essentially involves studying the importance of play and playfulness in education globally.

The successful candidate will be paid somewhere around £84,000, the average salary earned by Cambridge professors.

I'll be off line for a while filling in the application form.

If I had to study thousands of children playing, I would be bricking it!

As it is Santa was asked this year,by a 7yr old, for a machine gun so the kid could go out and shoot people dead, 'just like on the news.'

right children, today we are going to build a full size caravan out of lego.

Yes that's a good idea Tarquin, we should spend a few weeks on a club site seeing the real thing

the job description specifies you must have an "outstanding research record of international stature and the vision, leadership, experience and enthusiasm".

That rules out anybody on this forum. smilewink
