Is this a con?

Just received a plastic bag for filling with my unwanted clothing. It is marked ‘please donate, do not delay, www.collectfor4 pink.co.UK,’ it has a pink ribbon motif on it. Looking more closely it seems to be solely for the benefit of screening Lithuanian women, for cancer, who may get £100 per tonne of clothing collected.  My question is - how much would a tonne of clothes raise on the 2nd hand market in Lithuania and therefore who gets the lion’s share of the money?  There is no UK Charity reference on the plastic bag – do not be conned!  or, am I wrong?
