Inconsiderate bikers

Living as we do in the countryside with narrow roads the increase in cycling is making life dangerous. Why do cyclists insist on using the roads when Systrans has spent millions on dedicated routes? We have a network of tramac roads for cyclists but you never see one on them. Cyclists mentality seem to change once in the saddle- "We own the road seems to be their mantra", riding in large groups, 2 and 3 abreast, abusive if you try to overtake. I guess in ordinary life they are also car users. After the tour we can expect a short turn upsurge in cyclists on our narrrow roads during the busy summer season with likely casualties. Yoiu can garantee "the motorists will be blamed". I have nothing against a cyclist but they need to take responsibility whilst on the busy, narrow, often poorly maintained roads and start using the Systran trails we the tax payers have paid for.
