Help with cutting

Help please, I've been using my tablet more and more lately, but I'm having trouble cutting and pasting.

Can any kind person please help a silver surfer Embarassed

Me too. Will have to give it a try when I'm on my I-pad....using laptop at the moment.

Nellie, on an iPad you tap and hold the text until the black bar appears then tso Select and adjust the blue band to include the text you want to copy. Repeat the process at the spot you want to paste and tap Paste on the black bar.

I'm still using a mouse to highlight, then CC and CV to cut and paste. Don't they have mice any longer?

The modern trend on tablets is touch screen, RF. Have you not heard yet in deepest Kent.Happy

We have - but as we are still in a period of austerity have decided not to waste money by purchasing a new machine because it is mouseless. On the other hand if I didi buy such a machine it would help to keep money circulating and be ever so slightly inflationary. Decisions, decisions!
