Does anyone have a crystal ball?  My heating supplier - LPG has just hiked the price - to 52p per litre variable - OR 49p fixed for 12 months - plus VAT of course - 49 p looks like a no brainer but - I am not sure??Undecided  I am trying another supplier to see what gives though.

I think you are on the right track Sooty - I must admit that my email to Flogas did say if they couldn't match Calor's price don't bother to contact me!  So I guess they are on the pricey side.  I would say just remember to shop around in 2 years time!  I am not always good about shopping around but recently I am getting better - swapped electricity provider earlier this year - and also queried the renewal of my caravan insurance - because of having a claim a couple of years ago - I wasn't too keen on swapping - but I queried the renewal - pointing out that my caravan is not worth the same amount as last year and got about £40 deducted from their initial quote!

Well I was warned Calor would come back to me and offer me the earth!  No Kidding - they reduced their price to 30p per litre AND £150 of free fuel - fixed for 6 months and then variable afterwards.  HOW DARE they try and charge me 49p a litre?????  I am now wondering how to approach the other guy - but since he has offered to install a tank free of charge in the Barn I am thinking of moving to - I may just stay as I am.  I think it is just so BAD of Calor to try it on.
