Have I told you

my feet are cold as too my hands ,my heart pounds daily and i am always tired , and out of breath , i went for a health check to find my blood preassure was up , as to my weight and cholesterol . i went back a month later and a nice slow drop in BP had occured but was still high ,i was told that this would be passed on to my GP who may call me in ,any way i went in two months later (last week ) to have a rash and itch on my wrist looked at to find i am suddenly elergic to plasters . then he said looking at his pc blood preassure why have you not been back ,? so i told him i was informed i would be called in , i am sat at 177/104 so on pills i am for a month then another check before a stronger dose . all because of work .

i jump at the slitest things now too sometimes stupid things like the air freshener squirting ,

and heart burn gees if it does not go away soon i am off back to see gp 

stay healthy every one visit your doctor once in a while .
