Gonzalo arrives.....

It was quiet here over-night, but I do believe that Hurricane Gonzalo has now arrived in Yorkshire.

Hardy any wind when I looked out early this morning - but now it's gusting very strongly - bending the trees - and we've had some really heavy downpours - the first of them was just as we arrived at the local tip with our garden waste - got soaked.

I hope it passes through quickly - the guinea fowl hates the wind!
