On the 31st of this month we will experience the rare occurrence of a 'Blue Moon'. Some folk around the world celebrate this event with Blue Moon parties (any excuse) whilst others plan to do something extra special on this day which they have only ever dreamt of doing. So what, if you were inclined, would you plan to do on this auspicious day?
