Fireworks at Home

Went outside this morning and next to my car (petrol tank side) is a spent rocket; there was one by the garage and very close to the caravan.  No idea which of my neighbours they came from, could have been one of several.  We live in a densely populated suburban area with small gardens, so not an ideal environment for rocket propulsion.  They are set off with no thought or idea of where they end up and what possible damage could result.   I don't object to home firework displays, I just wish that rockets could be excluded.   Anyone else agree, or am I being a party pooper?
