Should fireworks be banned apart from the celebration days Nov 5, New Year, etc. I am at the moment looking after my Grandsons dog (Alfie). Since Hallowene fireworks have been set off and still are , Alfie is going bananas this must affect all animals. I don 't feel this practice is fair and as afore stated should be banned. What do you think?
