Feel good factor.

Some people get kicks out of getting one over on others, or getting a bargain. For me helping someone without seeking reward is my feel good moment.

For example the other day while waiting for our food in Morrison’s cafe I noticed an elderly lady at the till who was shaking so much [probably with parkinson’s disease] that she had to give her purse to the cashier to pay for her meal. Seeing that she had a tray full of food and drink I asked her if she would let me carry her tray to a table. She chose a table by the window and thanked me so much for helping her.Smile
