DVLA licence

OH has got his reminder to renew his licence (every 3 years).  He's 75, has had his cateracts removed (doesn't have to wear glasses anymore) and they're aware of his diabetis (they've even had a letter from our doctor to confirm that OH is very fit)..  Has never ever had a problem until now.  Apparently, he's got to have a medical (they will pay).  I noticed on the letter that its been revised in April 2015.  Me thinks its to do with that Glasgow bin driver not declaring his medical, so everyone over the age of 21 has been tarred with the same brush
