It's good to hear that members of CT are receiving their vaccinations, good luck to all those yet to have theirs. It seems like a long haul till we get everyone sorted and hear the results of the present vaccines.

I'm leaving this open for non political comments as per the guidelines. Hope you can add your own experiences and thoughts.

My first jab comes up tomorrow, I'm so glad we have research institutions that have got us this far! And I am planning breaks away in the hope of improvements on the horizon.

Well, Nellie, there is at least 1 on site with a possible 2nd and quite a few on Curbar Edge today but it was a beautiful warm day and a weekend to boot so kind of expected.

Knuckle draggers tend to be quite hardy. They breed more as well. I think we might have got one moved into our street lately. Their dog definitely has the higher IQ, all the owner does is grunt.😂 It’s a pleasant grunt, but definitely a grunt. His education is on going at the moment, next door neighbour (very feisty) went round and read him the riot act about starting very smoky fires at 10am in the morning with everyone’s washing out drying. A word has been had about using petrol as a fire starter as well😱 Would hate for vaccine jabs to go to waste as he incinerates himself. Bit of a plonker methinks🤷‍♀️

Perhaps they'll get a Darwin award?

Why does he have to have his fire when your next door neighbour says so?

My answer to one such busybody was  '360 days of the year I keep you happy by not lighting a fire, so for 5/6 days I will please myself and have one'.

Learn to live with it!.

Judging by the queues for jabs, most youngsters are taking up the offer, it's strange that there's still  group of older people nationwide who won't, (I'm not talking about those who can't) I just hope more can be persuaded over the next few weeks.

That's most unusual for that site, but I suppose with so many new LV owners about the odd one or two will find those sort of CLs, unfortunately. But reading your other post they won't put you off the area, I'm sure.

Some of the population haven't evolved from Knuckle-Dragging mode yet still seem more than capable of surviving. That seems rather unnatural to me.😂

Hybrid vigour it’s called. Mongrels get the best of seemingly disparate parentage👍🏻😊

Just reading about the massive delays at the container port in China where the province has a Covid outbreak. The vaccination programme has  been slow, but might be catching up now? Can't work out the percentages in a billion plus population! Looks like goods arriving here will be even more delayed.
