I'd go with that stilt, m, but so many birds will have to wait to be correctly identified when I get home. Too busy just looking and marvelling at them right now.

Well here we are, this will be our final sleep in C.R. What a holiday it's been, what an experience, we've absolutely loved it. Would we come back, probably no, although I would relish doing so and would recommend it to anyone. Health and all that willing, there is still a whole lot more of the World to see. We've only really scratched the surface that is C.R. but the next venue, the next ambition is Sri Lanka.
In nineteen hours we start our flight home to Manchester via Paris. With a seven hour wait in San Jose airport I will pass some time posting some more photos later. Now for me it is off to sleep as it's very early in the morning here.

It sounds like we're in for a shock on touch down in England with the weather mind.

Well m, we are now well into our research for Sri Lanka, how's yours going. To all other nature lovers and interested members, consider Costa Rica as a bucket list destination, such wonder long lasting memories and happy experiences to be had.
