Community Hospitals

So the new head of the NHS has called for an end to centralisation and a greater emphasis on local care and community hospitals. Just what many, many thousands of us have been calling for for some time now, isn't it? So good news then, but I can't help wondering how many millions have been wasted over the past few years in transferring resources in exactly the opposite direction. Do you think common sense is going to win at last?
