Good evening it has been a while since i last started a post , but this is just a message to remind everyone that the cold weather is coming from tonight , an expected country side temperature of -4  . so if you are getting ready for a trip away make sure you take care on the roads . i was told earlier that round us 4 gritters were seen out and about .

yeh winter is finally on it's way

be safe every one .

That'll upset the toadstools in my lawn. They think it must be Autumn and have started to reappear now, instead of next August.

Agree there HD! Apart from looking after my M and D, we keep an eye on other elderly relatives and an elderly neighbour!

Hello to you as well Golly, hope you are keeping well.

Looks as though we're going to get a big drop in temperature. We never usually worry about plants in our garden but we've got a tall plant from Cornwall which has grown well and for the first time ever we've wrapped up a plant.Smile

We have had daffodils out on the green in front of my house for two weeks now. Hope they are hardy enough to survive.
