City tax on diesels

I see the the dreaded city tax on diesels is in the news again, i bet all the local councils are rubbing there sticky little finger's in anticipation of charging the £10 tax  on disel cars even though we pay enough tax on cars as it is, I already pay £500 year road tax as it is we were all told diesel was the way to go i see in france that diesel cars and moterholmes will be band from entering paris from next year according to the bbc news the other day i think we all pay to much tax as it is
