No doubt many on here have children and grandchildren of their own. Would you swop your childhood with theirs?

What was good/bad about yours, and what is good/bad about theirs?

I cannot comment very much, as I have neither children or grandchildren, but had on the whole a lovely childhood, rich in love and fun, new clothes and toys regularly, but not over indulged, and taught enough to value what had to be saved up for! We also had nice holidays in this country, mainly by rail as we all loved trains and neither Mum or Dad ever drove.
