We have used center parks a few times now, just like caravanning you spend most of the time outside walking, cycling doing activates that’s right on your door step and then a decent meal and some drinks at night kids love adults love it, but the only issue is its so dam expensive a weekend away can cost you £400 and upwards depending where you want to sleep and before food and activities, I don’t see caravanning as a cheep past time after fuel, site fees and food/drink its easy to spend a few hundred for a family of 4, It would be great if the CC had a touring site next to them and had a deal with passes so caravaners could enjoy the day to day activities and even the evening entertainment if they wished to,an example is clumber park CC is almost next to Sherwood center parks, I know they currently do day passes but that’s only for people visiting guests of the Park.
