Caravan Club re-branding

I understand the change of logo for the Caravan Club but find it disappointing that change has been required.

When looking out for your next CL site location the old signs were large and easily recognised. But the new style if erected on a post at height look more like Arriva bus signs, especially in the Shropshire and North Wales area and are not clear at all compared to the old style.

I wonder if anyone else has had the same problems?

Ok, perhaps marketing were keen to point out that the Caravan Club was for Motorhome users as well, but I think the change has not been for the better, after over 25 years as a member find the change done for the sake of change.

I expect the new logo design has been costly in creation. Having worked as a finance officer for 2 registered charities I have a good understanding of re-branding and the costs involved and a shame that funds have been used in this way.  Or perhaps you have made all site owners bear the cost?

If you look down through this section you will find lots of posts on the same subject. Rather than start to duplicate what has been said before I will close this thread. Please feel free to read through the existing threads.
