Calor Lite product recall

I wonder how many members have returned their Calor Lite cylinders under the recall and been given vouchers for the cylinders, as no replacement stock?

Effectively I have had 9Kg of gas stolen on my two cylinders as the terms and conditions on the voucher states that Calor have the right to withdraw the offer or amend the terms and conditions at any time without notice.

Was asked to ring back after a month to check if any in stock. Head office at Warick suggested I pay for a new contract on the original heavy cylinders.

Surely customers should be treated better than this?
