Next time you go Christmas shopping ,why not buy an extra box of mince pies or chocolates and drop them round to a elderly neighbour who may be on there own at this time of year , with most of us having family's round it would show that we are thinking of them , 

Christmas can be a lonely time for the elderly on their own , why not put a smile on their face ..............
