Put this in General Chat, as more than just a TV programme!

The remains of Richard III are taken to Leicester Cathedral tomorrow, as part of almost a week long period of lying in state and then the re burial in the Cathedral. A piece of living history, for those who enjoy the wonderful story of our heritage. My favourite period of history, War of the Roses, so will be interested in seeing this. Apparently soil from his birth place, Fotheringhay, his home at Middleham and from Bosworth Battlefield is to be buried with him. Hope there are some good documentaries supporting the event!
