British sense of humour

No matter was happens to this country, we always have a sense of humour that somehow other countries don't and will never understand, for which we are thankful.  Read on from John Cleese.  Thing is, as I read it, I can hear John Cleese saying it.  I had to download as jpeg, so hope you can see it.

However black the situation someone can bring a smile. We do have a terrific sense of humour as a nation. It does not detract from the seriousness of any situation but it is good to view from another angle. It's what makes us who we are 😉
