Boris the plank jonhson seem's to think that according to the sun that giving driver's £1000 compensation to scrap there car's is a good idea and has his backing , this just goes to show what a buffoon the man is, does he really think that people who have paid over £25.000 or more a few year's a go can change there car's or suv's m/h at the drop of a hat, the man's a Nob head europe is taking the mickey out of england at every level there are enough people who feel the way i do to start a online  petition surely people should have some leaverage on this, and point out that if these people want re electing then it's not on, i already pay £ 500 pound a year road tax , and so do a lot more besides me, this tax will become the cancer of the moter car,because every city ,town will jump on the bang wagon and treat it as a cash cow as they do with parking ticket's and bus lanes and anthing else they can conjure up, i think as a nation we are becoming apathectic and accept anything that is thrown at us , if it was france there would be chaos over it,  we pay £30.000.000 pound's a week as a country into europe, for what, nothing, we were all mis-led over europe, was about free trade restriction's being lifted, not loosing our identity as a country and everything else that goes with it.

  Just think if you have to go to a hospital youll have to pay the congestion charge to get there  then the parking fee's
